Bad Presenters

I was at this press conference earlier this week. Some elderly academics were trying to reach out to school kids on environmental issues. It was uncomfortable to watch.
Not only were the presentations awful, but the presenters also repealed all the worst mistakes - surmonizing, speaking down to the kids, keep humour far away.. It's no surprise that in a full auditorium applause was sparse at best.
and ironically, every speaker actually said out loud that they were trying to speak to the kids from 'the same platform'. Snickers all around.
Come on.. Show me some good stuff.. Hans rosling or stewart brand.. We could use some of you here!
