I thought i'd spend some of my time 'usefully'. I've not slept in the last 28 hours and Hong Kong airport in the middle of the afternoon is a busy place! Ergo I'm not going to be getting any sleep anytime soon either. The only good thing about my current 12 hour stopover is that the flight into Hong Kong's over and done with.

I cant really blame the captain for anything - the weather over the south China sea sucks at this time of the year. We experienced heavy turbulence and even some wind shear right through the flight. Let's just say that breakfast wasn't a pleasant experience. Having said that, I'm more worried about where I'm going to buy myself a decent meal. The airport's prohibitvely expensive and i'm not exactly loaded with cash either. Wanted to buy myself a nice digi-cam at the airport, but the only one within my budget is well - a low budget model - point, say "cheese" and smile kinds. You'll be wrecking the warranty if you try anything else on it!

Oh well - I have ten more hours to kill somehow and as attractive as this LCD screen is, courtesy the generous people at Samsung, I'm going to have to move on so the next person in queue can use it. Might come back to do some blog hopping since airports usually are depressing places if you dont have enough money!! Hey atleast the internet's free!
